Validating identity network connection

Click on Properties once you select the wireless network that is having problems.

If, for any reason, the connection turns to Manual, in order to re-connect, just bring up the available Wireless Network Connection window by double-clicking its icon in the tray bar [4], select eduroam and click on Connect.I added the AP as a client with and have tried using both RADIUS Standard and Cisco as the RADIUS type.I configured the IAS policy to grant access to Domain Computers, Authentication is set to PEAP and uses a private cert issued by our CA, the other profile settings are all default.To fix, you go into the properties page of your wireless connection, go to "Wireless Networks" tab and then to Properties of the chosen wireless network you are trying to connect to.Then go to "authentification" tab and untick the box saying "Enable IEEE802.1x to the availiable network" and that should solve your problem Graham UKRight, Graham's solution worked for me.
